  3. Ian Paul B. Saligumba,

I fully understood this course because it is simple. How I wish learning Korean is simple like this course ๐Ÿ˜…

    • TalkToMeInKorean Staff,

      That’s amazing!
๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you for studying Korean with us.

  4. Tay,

I attended language courses in Korea but they didnโ€™t teach us quite a lot of these essential words and phrases, so thank you so much! This is really helpful and handy! Iโ€™ve got a question though, can ์ˆ˜๊ณ ํ•˜์„ธ์š” be used when leaving a convenience store or itโ€™s better to use something else as a goodbye?

    • TalkToMeInKorean Staff,

Thank you for your nice words!
Your example is a perfect occasion where you can use ์ˆ˜๊ณ ํ•˜์„ธ์š”. It is fine to say that. ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Greg Foy,

Thankyou for this very practical course. It was very helpful and it reinforced many of the phrases I learned in the Essential Level 1 course.

Just one thing. Many of the lessons had this underneath

“You can watch the full video where all the phrases are introduced by clicking on the link here: https://talktomeinkorean.com/pages/20essentialphrases

However the link leads to page not found. Where will I be able to find this video? Thankyou

    • Celina,

The full video is on YouTube.

    • TalkToMeInKorean Staff,

Could you send the video you referred to? ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you for studying with us!

      • Greg Foy,

No worries. For example, at the end of the text in lessons 8 through to lesson 20 it says:

“You can watch the full video where all the phrases are introduced by clicking on the link here: https://talktomeinkorean.com/pages/20essentialphrases

But when I click on the link there isn’t a full video where all the phrases are introduced. Instead, it says:
“This road is blocked. Our search bar below will help you find the way!”

  6. karleen ellis,

This is a great course, after doing level 1 i was worried i wasn’t retaining anything but this course affirmed that i am learning. Thank you!!

    • TalkToMeInKorean Staff,

      Many thanks ๐Ÿ™‚ ํ•œ๊ตญ์–ด ๊ณต๋ถ€ ํ™”์ดํŒ… !

  7. Bridget,

Great course, I really liked that they presented both the casual and formal versions of phrases since beginners need to be aware of the differences and might not know how to alter the formality level themselves yet. I also appreciate the short videos that presented visuals and listen and repeat exercises. Great course for low beginners.

    • TalkToMeInKorean Staff,

Thank you so much for your comment ! Hope you continue to enjoy learning Korean with us ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. Tan Sally,

    • Ana Paula Siqueira,

Iโ€™m just a fellow student, but I think I can help you.
      What are you eating? – ๋ญ ๋จน์–ด์š”?
      What are you drinking? – ๋ญ ๋งˆ์…”์š”?
