    Hey! I need help or more like I need to make sure. In lesson 23 – 누구 at the end there is a sample dialogue and in the first sentence A says: 누구 였어요? – Who was that?
    Why is there 였어요 at the end? Is it because the present tense ends in 예요? If so then why doesn’t it apply for the rules in lesson 17 about 았어요, 었어요, 였어요? I mean 누구 ends with 우 so it should be 었어요, please someone answer I’m very confused.

    Also the last sentence in lesson 23
    A says: 돈생이 있었어요? – You have a younger brother/sister? Shouldn’t it be present tense 있어요 than past tense 있었어요?
