= No. I am ______________.

내일 파티에 갈 거예요.
= I am going to go to the party tomorrow.
내일 파티에 안 갈 거예요.
= I am not going to go to the party tomorrow.
내일 파티에 안 가고 있어요.
= I am not going to the party tomorrow. (This makes sense in English, but it does not in Korean because 내일 (future) and -고 있어요 (present progressive) cannot be used in one sentence.)
내일 파티에 안 가고 있을 거예요.
= I will not be going to the party tomorrow. <- This also makes sense in English
